Strengthening Women’s Entrepreneurship Pathways Across Canada

The Women’s Economic Council (WEC) is proud to join the Women’s Enterprise Organizations of Canada (WEOC) National Pathways Working Group, alongside leading women-serving organizations from across the country.

The Working Group brings together organizations including Alberta Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), Canadian Women’s Chamber of Commerce (CWCC), Centre for Women in Business (CWB), NLOWE, PARO Centre for Women’s Enterprise, PEI Women in Business (PEIBWA), Réseau des Femmes d’affaires du Québec (RFAQ), Spring Activator, The Forum, Volition Advisors, WeBC, Women Entrepreneurs of Manitoba (WeMB), and Women Entrepreneurs Saskatchewan (WESK).

The National Pathways Working Group is a strategic initiative focused on strengthening coordination, alignment, and access across Canada’s women’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. By bringing organizations together, the Working Group aims to create clearer, more connected pathways so that women entrepreneurs can access the right supports, resources, and opportunities—regardless of where they live.
